Security Deposit:
A Security Deposit in the amount of one month's reoccurring fee shall be required prior to any activation of Internet hosting services. Apex Internet Solutions, LLC shall retain the Security Deposit as security for the faithful and timely payment of all monthly fees due. In no event shall Apex Internet Solutions, LLC be obliged to apply the Security Deposit upon any fees due. Apex Internet Solutions, LLC may so apply the Security Deposit at its option. Apex Internet Solutions, LLC's right to cancel Internet services for non-payment of fees shall not in any event be affected by the fact that Apex Internet Solutions, LLC holds this security. The Security Deposit, if not applied toward the payment of fees in arrears or toward any other reasonable costs incurred by Apex Internet Solutions, LLC, shall be returned to the client.
Anytime a client's monthly reoccurring fee changes so shall the Security Deposit change to reflect an equal amount. The difference shall be added to or subtracted from the next monthly fee due following the change.
Monthly Fees:
All monthly fees for Internet hosting services provided by Apex Internet Solutions, LLC shall be paid in advance and are due each month on the same day of the month as the initial service activation date. Any failure by Apex Internet Solutions, LLC to notify any client of said fees due shall not release said client from paying said fees by the due date. Apex Internet Solutions, LLC reserves the right to immediately cancel and/or terminate any or all services upon a client's failure to pay said fees.
Client Notice of Termination:
Any client intending to terminate its use of Apex Internet Solutions, LLC services shall notify Apex Internet Solutions, LLC in writing one full month in advance of said termination date. Any client failing to do so shall forfeit above said Security Deposit.
Apex Internet Solutions, LLC reserves the right to change all fees for any services provided without prior written notice.
