Automatic Folder Purging
This
useful feature will purge messages from any specified
folder that are older than the age you specify (in days).
We recommend setting this up for your Spam folder, and
optionally the Trash folder.

- Click
on Folders at the top of the window.
- Scroll
down to the "Expiration" section.
- To
view the current purge settings for your folders,
click on the drop-down menu for "Expire emails
in folder":
- To
add purge settings to an existing folder, select the
folder in the top drop-down menu for "Expire
emails in folder", then set the maximum age in
days of the messages you want to KEEP.
